this is the second Trésor I made because the recipe is actually enough to make two.  You might notice the cracking to the right, that is because when the chef was taking the cakes out of the freezer he accidentally knocked the cake against a rack and well #2 ended up a little damaged (but still 100% edible).  Luckily, I did make two, imagine if that had been my only cake!
